HipTrain is highly affordable, live (1 on 1) personal training via video conferencing utilizing trained fitness professionals from around the world.
We capture your availability and information then schedule your first session at a time that meets your needs. Select from 2 to 4 days a week (custom frequencies are also available) and the length of session that works for you. You will receive calendar invites via email for each session so you don’t forget. You will also receive email and text reminders. Just use the link in the invite to connect.
Sessions are offered in blocks of 30 minutes or 1 hour.
Yes. Having the same trainer is what really drives results, both from an accountability perspective and from a general understanding of your fitness journey.
You do not need equipment, all you need is water and a mat. Pick a space where you can move freely on the mat – a living room works great. A laptop is best, but tablets also work. Ensure you are framed properly – about 4 feet from your mat. A side table or chair can be helpful. Occasionally, an adjustment of the camera angle is necessary. Wireless headphones, like airpods, work well.

Yes, if they are using the same camera (i.e. in the same room). We will be introducing small group sessions for friends and couples in the near future.
You can change your scheduled classes easily by emailing or texting HipTrain. As long as you let us know, 24 hours or more in advance, all changes are free.
